Welding
If your product requires a specialized welding technique, we have carefully selected a dynamic workforce who is willing to embrace any challenge! We certify our welders to meet any requirements of our customers, with all of our employees certified in ANSI/AWS D1.1. Additionally, we have several professional welders who are trained and certified in DIN EN 287-1.
We are committed to building Quality into each part by developing standardized work instructions, applying ample training, and sustaining consistent weld quality. In addition, we maintain a qualified team of Inspectors and a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) on staff to conduct final inspections prior to shipment of finished goods to further eliminate the risk of nonconforming parts potentially leaving our facilities. We are very proud of the Supplier Quality Scorecard achievements we have maintained with our current customers, yet continuously seek opportunities to improve our processes and procedures.
