The Interfuse Manufacturing Quality Management System is registered in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Utilizing a fully integrated, company-wide ERP system, Interfuse Manufacturing has the ability to control documents, procedures, and processes with each customer’s utmost confidentiality in mind. With real-time control plans and statistical problem-solving methods available, we have the ability to proactively identify issues and quickly implement sustainable corrective actions.
Our ongoing commitment to quality is evident through full use of state-of-the-art measuring equipment and inspection processes. By designing and constructing fixtures and standardized work procedures, we are able to streamline our processes at the onset to avoid variations in finished goods. We validate fixture designs using CAD Software to ensure Engineering fully integrates measurement systems with all available quality improvement tools and to identify inconsistencies between physical products and customer designs. To further verify product quality before shipment, we employ the most advanced measuring techniques, such as laser scanning for First Article Inspections (FAIs) and other documented inspection processes, including the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
Specification compliance and product traceability from raw materials to finished product are critical components of the Interfuse Manufacturing Quality Management System. We employ a structured monitoring and auditing system that can be tailored to the customer’s unique requirements, improving investigative ability and expediting the problem-solving lead time.
